How does delivery work?
We are offering free standard worldwide shipping on all orders for a limited time! 📦 This offer will be automatically applied on your order checkout page. Once our distribution centre dispatches the parcel, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number - please do not worry if there are no scan events, the system can a few business days to catch up. 

How long will delivery take?
All orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Due to the current high demand, social distancing requirements, and supply chain disruptions in our current economy, please note that our distribution centre is currently taking slightly longer than usual to send orders. You can expect your parcel within 10 -14 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

How does returns work?
We offer free returns or exchange of product for 30 days from the date of delivery - This is eligible for any products that have been otherwise damaged during the delivery process. Our team strives to ensure that your parcel leaves our warehouse in perfect condition, but these things do happen during the delivery process - we want to assure you that we've got you covered.
Our customer service team will simply ask for you to take a photo of the product prior to sending it back to us, so that we can assess its condition. The return postage fee will be covered by us.

If you've purchased the wrong item or no longer want the item, this is not eligible for free returns and you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
